My day began generally fine until I became aware of Dixon's ankle surgery and Moore's season ending foot injury. This sucks!!! What plan of action do you other FinFans think we should take for Dixon's injury? I don't think that Dixon will be ready for our first game against the Texans and I don't think he'll be ready to go until the middle of the season or after the bye week. FinFans, I'm really worried about this!!! I have doubts about Dixon coming back from this...and this will probably be his last year!!! Wade Smith will get better but I don't think he is ready to play at Dixon's caliber of play.
1) I think we'll see Todd Wade our RT move over to LT.
2) Should we trade for a veteran LT?
3) Sign R. Webb or "Big Cat" Williams?
4) Keep Wade Smith at LT until M Dixon comes back?
What are your suggestions about this situation?
In hindsight...maybe we should have signed and given W. Gandy the $$$ he asked for.
