I agree with your post except one thing:
It is not a roster Flores was dealt. It is Flores' roster. Grier does not just do stuff without talking to Flores beforehand.

Honestly that makes me even more confident. If he sees things in people that others don't, and gets production out of them...HOMERUN!!

I would agree, particularly given Flo's mindset. I think most (not all) rookie QBs would benifit by sitting initially. Whether that's a few games, or an entire season, depends upon the individual.

What I'm not so sure of, is if it doesn't end up being Rosen, rather than Fitz, who wins the camp competition.
