....and now this team is even closer...

I do believe if you add a Dan Marino to any decision making
process it has to be a definte plus for the team! we all know
that the MIAMI DOLPHINS were lacking something on the field
maybe something in the confidence area, this teams has great
names, but not great results...and this maybe just what they
needed! somebody who help make thoses difficult decisions
that wannsdeht could'nt, as from a player prospective Marino
still carries that torch of compassion of wanting to wear that
SuperBowl jewelery that has eluded him for 17 yrs...and now
he gets another chance to get one!..nfl season 2004-2005 will
be an interesting one down in south florida!

It will continue to be close when Wanny is still coach. After that, the close barrier will be broken as long as the team stays intact and healthy.

I love Dan and all, but I doubt his presence will make a huge impact on what this team does this year.

I still think that Dave is involved in all the decision making that he had BEFORE the big hoopla over Marino joining the organization.

Remember Rick has allegiance to Dave because he brought him here. I doubt Rick makes decisions without consulting Dave on them.

Marino is the icing on this thing. He makes it all OK....even though nothing really has changed.
