This team is much better than last year

We have an O-Line that is far better, a running game that is far better, a QB that is slightly better because he doesn't score points for the other team, we have a D-Line that is better, Linebackers that are better, special teams that are better than last year. Blame Saban? Sure, I blame him for ALL of that. We have only regressed at the DB position and this was minimized by saban bringing in Lance and Daniels.

This is a MUCH BETTER TEAM.

Why isn't our record better? Well in case you forgot, we have the hardest schedule in the NFL. Saban has worked magic and it's madness that he is getting called out. He was given a 4-12 team, then lost one of the only brights on that team in Pat Surtain. In reality, he was given the BAD PART OF A BAD TEAM THEN GIVEN THE HARDEST SCHEDULE!!! It is amazing we have won THREE!!! Everyone complaining about not winning the falcons game, bills game, and the Pats game... guess what? We had no buisness even contending. Give me a break and give Saban his props.

A few guys lack heart but its more lacking in talent then heart. Our Qb's, DB's suck, our wr's are talented but lack concentration, our OL needs to be more aggressive run blocking and better pass blocking.

We are more talented this year than last!!! Our OL is better our Qb play is more consistent our running game is better, our D may not be as good but as a whole we are better....but last years team was less talented ecspecially on offense but still manged to play well at times...this years team just isnt interested.

Last year we set a record for INT's returned for TD's. Our QB is better this year.

Yea those heartless wonders. You know the TWO HB's that are running like it's their last game. Those TWO HB's that put their ego aside for the team. A QB that has an injured finger who is in there playing when he is not healthy. Lance Schulters, that guy wouldn't know what heart is. I mean he gets knocked out, and then returns to continue to play for his team.

Its not only qb though. This team needed an overhaul after last year and 20+ new players were added. There's going to be a minimum of 10-12 new faces this offseason. Its a rough process and it takes time. But Saban is the man

There are some players with heart...but alot w/o it..

How can you say RW doesnt have heart when hes on the field? i dont get it. Hes taken numerous poundings for this team especially during the wanny era. All he ever does is fight for the extra yard.

Frerotte is far from the most skilled but every vet on that offense has said he provides leadership on the field.

I agree there are some guys who lack heart but those are not the 2 that i had in mind at all
