If McDaniel and Tua are back next season with a puppet GM in Champ Kelly then you know Ross has learned nothing. At that point you shouldn't expect the Dolphins to be relevant again anytime soon. Maybe when Ross is gone his daughter will take running the team seriously or she'll sell it to someone who will.

Coaching by far, anyone that says otherwise needs to be required have their brain scanned to see if there is any activity at all.

From awful decisions ie not kicking the ball to calling a timeout on the drive after and almost losing on a gw fg because you stopped the clock for them.

Then there’s weaver that continues to run the wide 9 over and over again despite it being the main reason the defense is getting cooked. That big run from Mariota might have been the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. 4 man rush either way chop in wide 9 on the left. Rest of defenders all go right leaving a hole you could drive a tractor trailer through. It’s been a constant issue however this was the most outrageous incident of it. Also the refusal to rush chop consistently. I saw him drop back multiple times into coverage. Should have had game changing safety if the refs weren’t awful. He needs to be rushed 20+ times a game, non of this drop back into coverage 8 times then rush like 12. It’s so frustrating.

Well u can throw that into the unserious bucket, which the owner seems to like bc it sounds like he is bringing Mikey back

I personally don’t like it when coaches chase points. However, the Dolphins were 3-7 why not go for the win. The team is not going anywhere so there is no need to be conservative.

Taking 3 points and taking the lead with 90 seconds to go at the end of the 4th is not going for the win?

McD is a horrendous head football coach. It was great to see him fired up today for a change, but he is terrible.

Hmm.
The question is “The teams biggest problem is” and there is no option;
Everything that happens after the coin toss

I'm not sure a brutal loss to an awful team would have even moved the dial with Ross this week. Our owner seems determined to ride this season out with a guy who should be coaching in the MAC, not the NFL.
With only six games left on the Dolphins' schedule and the team actually on a slight winning streak (two games), what possible advantage would there be in terminating Mike McDaniel at this point?

Long-term franchise decisions about the general manger and head coach positions can wait until January of next year, I'm figuring.

Did everyone see the locker room celebration last week?

Did everyone see how our defense was celebrating after the int on the sideline before the game was over ?

Not serious enough is why they are so inconsistent in year four.

Embarrassing imo when you’ve accomplished nothing in year four

Talent level on offense with waddle and Achane and not much else is about average I would say overall especially when you account for the qb at this point?

It was such a emotionless win

Kicking the fg is going for the win in the most probabilistic way

Previous GM and scouts are my pick. It’s tied between those.

Coming in second are the fans.

You chase points before half or early in the third. Not when you have the chance to essentially win the game as your opponent has no timeouts and haven’t moved the ball particularly well.

You got some pieces on the line, but I agree with you. Offense has maybe 4-5 good players

Yeah, I would have kicked it. A TD there would have been nice. Either way, Dolphins won so continuing to complain about a play is kind of beating a dead horse.
