The nice thing about Morestead beside the fact he is an excellent punter is he reached out to the Dolphins and ask them to sign him. Even though he had previously been one of the higher paid punters in the league, he was willing to sign with the Dolphins for the veterans minimum.
He said he thought that playing in Miami with the Dolphins would be a great idea and fortunately Grier agreed with him.
