Premise is that if there are no consequences to making mistakes, can you optimize individual player performance.

Also, Julian Hill leads the team in penalties lol.

I've been saying this since last year, during the Hard Knocks filming. The players completely tuned McD out in one scene where he's talking to them in an auditorium.

I wonder what a Tomlin or Campbell would do if they did them that way...Reid, Harbaugh, Ryans, Mayo...hell, pretty much any HC.

He don't have the juice...just a little drip.

I think I remember that scene. Guys looked bored.

Couldn't tell ya, I don't speak millennial.
It's the same as people who use "vibe" in any sentence. K, you are a complete ****ing moron and don't know the language you speak, best of luck and godspeed. Not Highzenga.

McD is frustrating for me. I love some of his offensive creativity, but I hate his lack of adaptation. As far as his style goes, I don’t believe you can be a fanboy and a coach at the same time. McD must make a choice or he won’t be here in March.

Fun Friday night YouTube show; they were hitting all the topics .The Grier McDaniel debate had me thinking who really is to blame.

I like Omar more than most but his premise is supported by the wrong point.

Mistake prone Hill getting more snaps than veteran Smythe isn’t because of McD’s “friendly player-centric style”, it’s because Smythe was already a below average TE but has had literal stone hands with drops this season imo.
