1. Ted Ginn finally came through in Special Teams! But I don't understand why people are saying stuff like "Where are the ginn haters now?" or anything like that. The fact remains he is still soft and not a starting WR in the NFL. When we go to a hurry up or 3 or 4 WR set then Ginn should be in there. He did NOTHING on offense to change his doubters thoughts.

2. It seemed like Rookie week out there and I loved it. Smith, Davis and Clemons in the secondary. There were some mistakes sure, but some day in the near future the secondary could easily be the strength of this team.

3. Paul Solia played great, I couldn't believe it. He was flat out disruptive. He played on the jets side of the ball, it was awesome.

4. Joey Porter and Jason Taylor are simply not getting the job done. ZERO pressure on the opposing QB for yet another week. Not looking forward to playing the Pats who will spread us out from play 1. By the second half Brady will literally have all day to throw.

5. The offense did not look good yesterday. Our conventional offense needs work, alot of work. A #1 WR would be great. In the end our offense has got to change. We don't have the personel yet especially at WR and TE. IMO, when we finally become a team to be feared the wildcat will be dead and Chad Henne will be the focu of our offense. It will happen but not this year with the players we have now.

6. Crowder sucks. How fans can say he is good and reference a game he didn't play in as proof(KC last year) is beyond me. How about show me a game he did play and say how good he is because I still haven't seen one. Torbor did a fine job replacing him. He didn't over pursue, made the tackle when he got a chance and he didn't get trucked. Props to Torbor.

IMO this team has 2 glaring weaknesses and they are in this order:

#1. Linebacker! I expect 2 linebackers taken in the first 3 or 4 rounds next year. We need an ILB and a pass rushing OLB. How much better will this team be if we get a #1 OLB next year rushing on the right and Cameron wake rushing on the left? Joey and Jason are just not even close anymore. We have one guy right now that can beat a 1on1 block and he is sitting the bench. This will be our down fall this year. We talked about improving the pass rush this past off season and i guess we signed Jason and wake to do that but that has not panned out. Without a #1 OLB rushing the passer next year our defense will still be in the same boat of giving up big scores.

#2 WR, I love hartline, he will start for a long time. When we get the guy to start opposite of him (maybe its turner who knows) then we can seriously threaten some defenses.

He is consistently playing better than Ferguson, but he is playing fewer plays. He might just be able to replace him.

Many of our offensive problems are caused by the poor play of Donald Thomas and the inexperience of Chad Henne. Henne needs to get through his reads about 1/2 second more quickly. DT is only holding up for about 2 seconds in pass protection. Henne needs more time. Also, DT is not getting it done in the running game. You cannot have that versus an 8 in the box defense. Of course, there are other problems, but those two stand out like flashing red sirens.
