how are we going to lose to indy early in the season and then beat them in the playoffs

how are we going to lose to indy early in the season and then beat them in the playoffs

Shows how the NFL changes from beginning to end. We lost to the Jets our first game and then beat them our last game. Our team gains more and more experience as the season goes on and our season ending momentum carries into the playoffs.

What I think...

Dolphins Schedule
Sept 13 @ ATL- Dolphins Win the opener big
Sept 21 IND - Dolphins Win again in a high scoring game. Ronnie has a big day.
Sept 27 @ SD - The Fins Lose due to the fact we are traveling across the country.
Oct 04 BUF - Terrell Owens has a big day but fins win 17-14 (I agree)
Oct 12 NYJ - Fins rout the Jets to win 20-3 (I agree)
BYE
Oct 25 NO - High scoring game, fins lose 35-30 (I agree)

Nov 19 @ CAR - Fins can't stop the panthers run game, lose 21-14 (I agree)
Nov 29 @ BUF - Cold weather game, Fins run away late with a 23-10 win (I agree)
Dec 06 NE - Fins win at home. We seem to always split with them.
Dec 13 @ JAX - Fins win 24-6 (I agree)
Dec 20 @ TEN - Fins drive down the field late to kick a field goal to tie the game, but Miami can't stop Ten. at home. Miami loses in a 3 point game.
Dec 27 HOU - Miami finally gets the win against Houston, 31-21 (I agree)
Jan 03 PIT - Pit rests their starters, fins win it 17-7 (I agree)

I see 11-5 happening.

This will only happen if we stay healthy...

Your schedule is realistic too, and i could see those other scenarios happening. Staying healthy is a must. Smiley needs to be there the whole season and if Donald Thomas stays healthy after his two mishaps I think our O-line will pave the way for domination.

Wow. Pretty out there prediction for Ronnie. Considering he's only got 23 rushing TDs for his career. He didn't even get 15 TDs in his first three years in the NFL combined.

I could see us going 10-6 but not making the playoffs - rather getting edged out by the Titans & Ravens for the two WCs.

I would settle with a 10-6 record and a wild card. I don't know if with a 10-6 record we make the playoffs though.

Wow. Pretty out there prediction for Ronnie. Considering he's only got 23 rushing TDs for his career. He didn't even get 15 TDs in his first three years in the NFL combined.

My only explanation is he is healthy, in a contract year, and I think we will run the ball a lot better than we did last year. They are going to test Ronnie this year to make sure he is worthy of a new contract and I think this is the year he makes his name as an elite running back.

the steelers will be lucky to win 9 games this year. carolina will suck.

How will the steelers be lucky to win 9 games this year?

They still win when Ben plays like garbage, they will win with a trash o-line, and they still win when they have to start their 3rd string running back. Not to mention they have by far the best defense in the NFL.
