Troy Edwards isnt bad as a receiver. I would not go with Smoker at QB....do we need a 4th QB or is Saban ready to drop Feeley???:eek:

We need to cut Howard and get a quality DB to replace him.

LOL...I understand how the local media is when a hometown kid signs with a team. That's the way Syracuse is with Donovan McNabb and Mike Hart (although those guys are finished products).

I think Smoker does have some tools and with some good coaching (which we now have :D ), he could surprise.

You don't need a draft bio for Smoker, you need a catapult. This guy is a horrible person(I know a lot of players are, but I don't know them personally).

Funny thing is that he got suspended from Michigan State for awhile because of smoking the you know what.
 
Didn't Smoker get in trouble for like cocaine or something? No thanks.

I was thinking about that today before I even saw the news about Edwards. I guess if he has a good workout, DB will be the odd man out. Not sure how I would feel about it, but I do know he has shown nothing so far this season.. I still am hopeful, however, that his game will slowly progress.

Anyone else we could cut to make room for Edwards? Hmm.. maybe at another position. Dont know.

Everyone has made mistakes After he came back I haven't heard anything negative about him.

Do you have any specific reason? I'm not a Smoker fan, I do feel like he probably has more potential than Feely, Personally I Berlin surprise me in the preseason and I would like to see him get another shot.

Where is Smoker from anyway?
