We done! Albert's injury was an enormous blow. With Finnegan looming as another casualty for at least the Bills game are injuries this team just couldn't afford to beat, not only Buffalo but to continue through the remaining game with a playoff push.

Albert has been our MVP, the glue to this OL. The depth at the tackle position is extremely scary. Next man up is Dallas Thomas. Last week vs a similar D-Line to the Bills, Thomas kept losing his matchup on almost every one of his snaps. Bills DL is better than Detroit's. Thomas at RT will bring us back to the resemblance of last year's OL struggles. This is where the game will be lost. It will effect our offense in so many ways. Hurt Tannehill's perfomance, hurt the run game, hurt the pass game. I see a similar fate as the 1st game in Buffalo for the Fins. 2 major injuries we couldn't afford.

The second is Finnegan. After Grimes and Finnegan the Secondary is doomed. Davis, Taylor are major dissapointments. With Grimes and Finnegan the Defense, though not great, is GOOD! Without 1 of those two, the Defense is not even top20. Bills will have better success at moving the ball, more chunk plays and a great chance for an explosion play. I'm try to find a positive in this game, A green light somehwere for the Fins but I just can't. I'm sticking to my pre-season predictions for the playoffs to be a possibility. Fins need to be 6-4 going into the Denver game. A game in which is surest loss you can ever find. A loss to Buffalo puts the playoffs out of reach, will forecast a 7-9 season and a huge opportunity missed. The reason? We suffered a few injuries this team couldn't afford.

Final score: Bills - 27 Miami - 13
Sprinkle in a few Tannehill interceptions and a horrible Fins Special Teams unit to contribute.

That was about the most preposterous combination of drivel I have ever read

Well injuries plague everyone. That's why you need depth to make a playoff run. This is the biggest test of the Philbin/Tannehill era. Fail and why even worry about playoffs? We clearly aren't good enough to be in there. Win and prove we have resilience and depth.

In light of a recent sig post i read today, I'll go Miami 33, Bills 16. With 16 of our points off Orton-led turnovers. One thing we have done this year is play well at home.

If we lose miserably, I may finally hop on the end of the world bandwagon.

Everyone knows were going to get embarrassed on national tv again.

This team has the stink of failure all over it.

The bills are on the rise, the dolphins peaked too soon.

It is what it is.

Why don't we just concede the game now? I mean the game's on a school/work night so it would allow us to go to sleep at a normal time.

bingo.

every single team has injuries throughout the year, even the elite teams. the good teams overcome them, and the bad teams dont.

if miami is truly a good team, they will overcome this and win thursday. i am tired of excuses, its time for the players to step the **** up and win the god damn ****ing game, because at 5-3, as fun as we were having hoping for a playoff run, that can all be taken away this thursday night with a loss.

miami is no different than any other team, we just notice the fins injuries a lot more than others because we are fin fans.

dont get me wrong, losing albert is bad, but albert was also hurt last year on kc and they overcame it and made the playoffs.

no good team falls apart because they lose there left tackle, if that is the case, u were not a very good team to begin with.

I don't think the Albert loss is going to sink us. IMO we just have to find a way to survive this game.

"every team has injuries blah blah" ofcourse they do. No team is 100% healthy, everyone is playing with a nagging injury. BUT LOSE YOUR BEST PLAYERS and depth don't matter. Your back up to your best players can't come close to matching that performance. No team in the league has a backup to their best player that will perform as well. Stop with the gay cliches. If any one of you actually think that your backups to your best players will perform just as good or close to and your team will lose little in performance should never speak, tweet, or write a post on any forum again. The most asinine thing I have ever heard. "Depth, yeah, this will show the depth on this team, blah blah." . I'll be here after the game, I'll be "that guy" saying I told you. If by chance we win, Ill be here too and let you gear boxes be "that guy"

So we lose a cornfed and we will tank? Sure it sucks to lose our best corn, but this team can overcome that. Lazor should gameplan around our deficiencies.
