Tim Couch

According to rumor central (espn insider) Tim Couch is on the dolphins radar as he is being released from the packers.... here is what it said....
Couch drawing interest

<Feb. 14> Former Browns QB Tim Couch is expected to work out for the Texans this week, reports ESPN.com's John Clayton. Couch also is on the Dolphins' radar, and the Seahawks could be interested, as well.

Previously, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported that the Bengals are considering Couch as a backup to Carson Palmer for next season. Current backup Jon Kitna is expected to leave via free agency.
One other possible destination for Couch is Tennessee. Couch recently worked out for the Titans. Couch, the No. 1 pick of the 1999 draft, missed all of last season recovering from shoulder surgery.

Let me know what you think of this possibility
i think it would be a waste to get him... i would rather draft someone and keep gus or either grab mcnair, but he wouldnt do us any good

Couch had a workout with the Dolphins a while back and so far nothing came of it. I would say if the Dolphins could sign him for a fair price bring him into camp. the more competion the better.

Well Tim Couch would be a great signing! He is gunna have a low contract low to if any guranteed and he will have something to prove! If anything Couch would be an alright Back QB.

When the Packers released him it was rumored his arm was done. The fact that he couldn't catch on with anyone last year is not a good sign. I would be very leary of bringing Couch in.

Lets Sign Ryan Leaf and Tim Coach and say....may the best bust win

Seriously though I like couch, he hasnt been THAT bad in the NFL, take into account he was playin for the browns...when they were even worse then they are now

Im more nervous of the fact he blew his arm out, because I know if he is healthy he can at least compete

Oh no...I hope we don't even look at this bum. He has had many chances. Never proved himself at all.
