Time to become Jets fans folks(Playoff probabilities)

Ok now I know the Fins making the playoffs is a long shot (a big one at that) but here is what has to happen for us to make it.

Fins remaining - Bills, At Chargers, Jets(except in this game),Titans, At Pats
Pats remaining - Jets, at Bills, Bucs, at Jets, Fins

Right now the Pats are 6-5 and the Fins and Bills are 4-7. For us to make the playoffs we have to win out, no if ands or buts. If we win out that gets rid of the Bills (because we would beat them) and puts us at 9-7 (I know its probably not going to happen. Now assuming that the Pats win all the rest of their games expect the one against us (remember we win out) the pats would be 10-6 compared to our 9-7. Since the pats will probably have a better divison record then us we need the pats to lose twice in the next four games.

So In closing to make the playoffs we have to win out putting us at 9-7 and the Pats have to lose to of their next 4 (Jets, Jets, Bucs, Bills)

Thats the only way in
 
I hate the idea but I will ahve to root for the Jets.I am a fan of any one playing the pats,i hope they get embarrased

Look at it this way the Jets are due one just like we were last year against the Pats besides the more the jets win the least likely it is they get Matty L or Reggie Bush. I think the Jets just might be my second favorite team (exepect when they play us) the rest of the way.
 
Its a shame we laid down against the BROWNS, gave the game away against the PATS, Threw the ball first and goal against the FALCONS, and threw those ints in the endzone against BUFFALo.. Well hopefully all these problems with discipline, penalties, and finishing games will be addressed fully for next year...In the mean time GO PHINS....

I believe the Pats would have to finish 8-8 in this scenario, as we would then be 2-4 in the division. We're in bad shape for tiebreakers.

This scenario ain't happening, but I guess there's reason to hope until it's officially over, eh?
 
The jets have no chance in Hell @ beating the pats next week.... as much as id like for it to happen , it just won't......
 
Dude...I'd be careful saying "there's no way in heck so and so beats so and so" This NFL season has proven to be VERY whacky. Take the Dolphins. We've beaten the Panthers (7-4), the Broncos (9-2), the Saints and Raiders. Which of these is not like the other?

Remember the Jets beat the Buccaneers...and the Patriots just had a pretty foul outing against the Chiefs. They've got a shot, especially if Jay Fiedler is ready to come back.

As if rooting for the Jets alone wouldn't be bad enough ...
 
This W is a little to late IMO. Lets go out and win games so Saban can get his players to have a winning attitude.
