Ok people.... I know you all have seen reports of our draft grades and roster moves so I am going to leave it up to you.

From everything you guys read as fans or have been to training camp, what do you think as far as the over all grade you want to give the Phins on our personnel.

I know it is too early to tell and all but I want to know how you, as fans, feel as far as headed into the right direction.

Fantastic job so far. Great talent infusion, and the weaknesses are all being addressed, which is critical.

Grade: A

I agree with ya Jim....I got us at a "B"....I can't wait to see it all come together!

The "spring cleaning" of the offense alone deserves an A. The attention paid to the offense during the first day of the draft, and "thinking out of the box" (finally!) with the first two picks gets a plus. So A+

yeah O. i said good move also. I cant see our offense being worse than last year ... unless San Diego turns out to be a one hit wonder and even then, we are better off.

I hate the way we addressed the tackle position. Vernon Carey doesn't seem sure of himself on the Left... Worst case we should of resigned McKintosh for security.

Not crazy about releasing McMike for nothing... I understand he had little value but I think if we would of acted earlier in the offseason we might of been able to gather more I honestly think he was worth at least a 6th round pick...

I am still way out on the Ted Ginn pick... first round receivers have a bad habbit of not panning out in the NFL. If we believed that Quinn wasn't our QB I would of prefered seeing us go D. That being said I would admit my football ignorance if this guy turns into the next Steve Smith.

I think we might of overpaid for Porter now I don't know all the facts here but it seems to be a shared sentiment with the media.

I understand all the cheerleaders are out for Trent Green but I am not sold on a 37 year old QB coming off a concussion... What I hate most about this move is we are going to end up paying a 4th round pick. I am extremely tired of paying draft picks for other teams unwanted QBs.

If I look at this off-season it really doesn't have me jazzed as in the past but then again I went into the last 5 years thinking playoff and we never made it... maybe now that I am thinking at best 6-10 they surprise me.

Totally agree Jason8!!!

I know right. I dont see SD being a one hit wonder with LT and Rivers manning that show. I think we did a good job but time will tell...

Definately think our moves were good. Definately playoffs? Prob more of a possible then a definate. I do think we will still be fighting for a playoff spot into December and that would be great. We can make the playoffs but we must stay healthy and hope our veterans don't wear down towards the end of the year.

Ginn is our return man along with being a WR. We took him cause he can be a huge threat in lots of different areas on the field and we wana make him into Devin Hester. And with Green yea hes old, but that hit he took woulda knocked anyone out, and really we just want his experience for this season then we ll do whatever we hafe to next year.

how can u guy grade something that it's not working yet ???? A's B's come on no way we have to wait n see what happen's let's wait n see them do something

in order to give an over all grade on the off season, I need to know how it affected our salary cap situation. based on talent alone I'll give the F/O a B+.

Good assesment, I agreed with every point you made. The way we handled our LT position this offseason was pathetic. It was almost as if after the draft was over Mueller just went...."Whoops, kinda forgot to draft a LT...let's just move our very good RT back to the position where he initially started and got torn apart."

I liked our offseason a lot better pre-draft. I really didn't mind getting rid of a lot of our underacheiving offensive guys like McMichael and McIntosh, Jeno James etc. And the Welker trade was a steal considering how rarely he finds the endzone. We paid too much for Porter, but there is no denying he'll be a major upgrade as long as he is healthy.

Amassing ten draft picks was great, but I still think we screwed up in the draft. I would have much rather had Quinn and Dwayne Jarrett than Ginn and Beck, but we'll just have to wait and see how that turns out.

Overall, I'd give this offseason about a C+. I'm just glad the rebuilding process has finally begun. And, if the o-line can at least be average, a playoff berth is possible.
