Raiders offense totals 64 rushing yrds per game with a rookie QB and a ancient roster. I don't care what bull**** drama and injuries we're dealing with right now. This one is gonna get ugly.
 
If we take this team lightly and we don't play 60 minutes of football this could be a game that sneaks up and bites us on the ass. Just my two cents.
 
This team needs even a 3 to 2 win real bad right now. Not that beating the Raiders somehow fixes things, but at least you can look at the injury and suspension situation and think there's a chance that we see a better team after the bye.
 
I want the win most but think I'd feel better about the team going forward after a 34-31 loss than I will after out likely 16-13 win. We're gonna get some help on defense after the bye. If we still can't score it won't matter.

Question is do the players still believe in the coaches or are they about to quit on some of them?
 
I remember two weeks ago we had an easy victory versus Buffalo on the radar and they dominated us, then a hapless injury depleted KC team ad they dominated us, so lets not assume we will walk over the raiders who played well on the road both weeks playing a close game against NE

Bad offensive football teams rarely roll over anybody. I'm sure this will be a hard fought painful low scoring game that will be a one possession game at the end. Most Dolphins games are.

I would expect more of the same from the last two weeks against our defense. Shallow crossing routes and using the RBs as receivers out of the backfield. I don't think Alex Smith threw a pass that travelled more than 8 yards in the air against us last week. As long as Trusnik and Wheeler are out there why wouldn't opposing offenses not attack them in the passing game. D-line needs to do a better job of getting their hands up too.

We've been pretty good the last two years of giving winless teams their first win of the season. Let's see what happens.
 
Bottom line if we can just score some points we should win easily. We don't break 20 and it's gonna be tough.

Under Philbin, our record coming out of the bye isn't too stellar.
 
Derek Carr is due to **** up. He sucks and has not played bad yet. Time to confuse and turn him over. Get to 2-2.

I get what you are saying, but if we let that team put up over 30 points, I'm not sure how much help a couple of players is going to make. Their offense is terrible.

You can't take anyone seriously if they thought buffalo was ever going to be an easy win.
