At this point Ross should order Ireland to unload every high priced, under achieving, heartless loser on this team by the trade deadline tomorrow. The key word is unload. Get anything you can. Next year we need to start from scratch.

I know everybody is for the Suck for Luck crap, but I wonder if anybody is aware that he doesnt have to come out next season? he can stay another year and i feel if we get the first pick...He will stay! lol
sparano wont be here next year so not wanting to play for sparano shouldnt be a problem.Honestly I think this is definitely a possibility. If you look at Matthew Stafford and Sam Bradford, they embraced the #1 overall pick I think not just because of money, but because they knew that even though they were going to the "worst" team in the NFL, the Lions and the Rams had fiery coaches in place, Jim Schwartz and Steve Spagnuolo know a hell of alot more than Sporano ever did despite their losing records. That goes a long way in that you can feel comfortable coming in to a city looking for a hero because the crowd is already somewhat buying in to the new "regime"
The Fins, however, look like a complete laughingstock. No QB in NCAA right now is stoked to play for Sparano, or know that his GM is Jeff Ireland, and that his owner is Stephen Ross. It's all a joke, and I think there's no security there for a QB to blossom and carry a team to victory unless they're all canned immediately or right as the season closes. Just look at Henne. He's evidence of a QB comign out of college that could have done some things in the right system and right coaching, but his wings were clipped. The right personnel were almost never on the field for him, the right kind of playcalling wasn't there. Game management and believable motivation from the coaches wasnt there.
If I were Luck I'd think twice about joining the Fins unless I knew they got their **** together. If he has that much power in his court, why not? He's the most talked about QB in years, stock ain't going down.
ya, but after gruden signed that extension with espn today, i dont know if he will be coaching next season. cowher deff is a possibility. i still want rob ryan.@Ilovemyfins4eva
That is true, I think I let my Sparano hate get the better of me tonight, haha.
Even so, an organization will need to be put in place that will be enticing.
Gruden / Cowher / other Big Name guy will look like a sweet deal for a new QB
