Titans sign Norm Chow as OC

I just saw the crawl on espn, and since he's been talked about here during our search for asst coaches, thought it was worth mentioning.

good move by them, plus Fisher is on the hot sit and Chow could take over!

He'll be a good OC, but the Titans are in salary cap HELL. They won't be in the playoffs for at least a few years.

Chow is good, don't get me wrong, but Linehan right now is a better NFL OC.
