TJ Houshmandzadeh will not get franchised

it would be great if we can get houshmanzadeh..he's not a wr diva..it would definitely help open up our offense..

The rub is he will be 32 when next season starts. The good news is he has been quite the late bloomer. My guess is they stay away from him because of age/cost but I might be wrong.

We should build through the Draft if anything. We have done a great job building from the draft.

whats he gonna want? Samuels, Hall type money? forget it if so.. I didnt know he was 32 either.

I love his talent, but not his price tag or his age. I don't know how much of an emphasis the Fins FO will put on WR this offseason. I think they are high on Ginn, Bess, and Camarillo will be back healthy. I am sure they would love to get more talent, but wont overpay for it, and TJ would be just that.

Im totally fine going into next season with our passing attack in Ginn, Bess, Camarillo, Fasano and Martin.. We also still have to see what 6-4 London has... We have to address our defense first and foremost though. FS upgrade, corner upgrade, we need a consistent pass rusher, NT... OUr defense should get priority over the offense fo sho

I would not mind seeing him come here to play for a couple of years. He will more then likely be out of our price range though. I think a team like the Giants will happily over pay the guy to get him.

no, the grass isn't always greener and i think we're taking ginn and bess for granted. We're 4-0 with those two being our starting wide outs. Plus Camarillo will be back next season. If anything lets draft someone in the mid to late rounds. Jarrett Dillard from Rice comes to mind, he catches everything and is a solid route runner and will probably be well worth a 5th or 6th round choice.

He doesn't do anything when 85 isn't on the field. He's great when Chad gets the doubles, but if he's the #1 he'll disappear. He's like Welker/Stokely and those type of dudes. He needs a superior receiver to get double teams in order to flourish. I don't have much personal experience watching the guy, but my diehard Bengals fan friend is well-acquainted with him. If Ted can develop into a #1 guy though, I think he's worth a shot.

i love r recieving corps of ginn, bess, and cammarilio. however, there have been many times where we look very strugglish on offense, and if we were to sign tj, he would give us that threat on offense that would make opposing teams game plan around him.
