Im getting sick of all the people downing Saban cause of a silly little Press Conference. From what ive read and seen of the guy hes a pretty dang good head coach better than wanny.

Who honestly believed we were playoff bound this year??? I for one told myself its going to be a 6-10 year just so i wouldnt get my hopes up.
Hes evaluating his players which is a good thing, evaluate the trash and throw em out. Like i said in an earlier post saban is an oaktree and a few of the dolphin players are weeds pull the weeds and let the oaktree grow with new players.

Like Saban said about Ronnie "give the guy a chance"

Lets give Saban a chance to grow and learn with this team.

Did anyone catch Wilbon on PTI? He said something to the affect that Saban should be fined by the NFL and season ticket holders and players should be pissed off.

That man needs to get a grip. This season for our beloved fins is nothing more than an extended training camp for Saban to determine what he has and what he needs to get.

Of course he's still trying to win games, but not at the cost of our future success. He's going to see who can and can't execute and at season's end determine what he needs. I'll be along every snap of the way, still cheering my boys, and if they sneak out a few more wins, fantastic. If not, I'm still very excited about where we're going.

No one ever said it had anything to do with the playoffs? It was a stupid way for Saban to talk and he knows better. It has nothing to do with giving him a chance either. You can say it was a dumb move without being a Saban Basher I hope.

So being honest about the state of the team is a stupid way to talk? Any fan willing to part with their tickets because of this statement obviously don't get the big picture.

I will gladly take the remaining tickets for this season and any subsequent seasons, as these fans won't be needing them.
