A lot of props have been sounded to well deserving members of the franchise. Most go to the players, a few to the Head Coach and once in a while Parcells. IMO Todd Boles deserves a huge debt of gratitude from the fans and the organization.
Many of us have discussed how this team is overachieving which is a credit to the coaching staff but now I am not so sure that "overachieving" is correct. The play of the secondary from the Jets game through today has, IMO, been the most significant improvement and the credit goes to Boles. Today was the second game broadcast here (Jets was the only other) and I was amazed at the transformation the secondary has made. Their coverages were tight, communication was solid and aside from a BS Pass Interference call in the endzone, was huge in today's success on the defensive side of the ball. Boles presence on the coaching staff is also being felt in Dallas. No excuses about injuries, since Boles came here, Dallas' secondary is a shambles.
Hiring Boles away from the Cowboys was probably the best assistant coaching fill we made and hopefully he is here for a long time to come.
Congratulations to Todd Boles and the Dolphins secondary on a superb effort.
