Yeah, but wouldn't be funny if he went and signed with us instead just to get the chance to screw with the Patriots a bit? Hell, I am sure Miami would be willing to throw the same (if not more) compensation to him that Denver was going to.

after the dumb dumbs let jones go yes sign him but not for more then 1 mil a year because kickers/punters are worth nowhere near there
 
Like Ice said, he's still with the Pats and it looks to me like this organization doesn't really care who's punting. This will come back to bite us, I know it.

A Special Master ruled Wednesday punter Todd Sauerbrun is now a free agent -- available to sign with any team -- after winning a grievance that voided the New England Patriots right to match a one-year contract he recently signed with the Denver Broncos.


He may go back to the Broncos now.
