was asked who the legit teams in the AFC are. Greeny said the Titans are clearly the best team in the AFC and asked Tom Jackson which other AFC teams are "legit"... Pittsburgh, Baltimore the Jets?

Jackson's answer was Indianapolis and Miami!
 
I was just listening to that as I pulled into the office. Great to hear him say how he likes Miami. I'm a big fan of Tom Jackson. he tells it like it is, no BS!
 
Yeah I watched it and Greeny acted all surprised that he mentioned Miami. I cant wait to dismantle his pressice Jets.

Well if you have access to TV it will be on the best of Mike and Mike on espn2 this afternoon. He likes our style and he likes the intangible of having BP always near by its amazing that we have this kinda hype and we are technically still in the rebuilding process.

Some Fin fans may ask where is the LOVE well there it is.

I'm in between about it. Sometimes I wonder why anyone worries about what idiots like Berman, Deion and Bradshaw say. But at the same time...you get sick of hearing about teams like the Eagles for example. They always get props and are predicted year after year to be a playoff/Super Bowl contender. Yet they've more or less flopped over the last 3 seasons. They'll continue to beat that team to death.

So its nice for different teams who are showing something (the Dolphins) to get some pub for a change.
 
Bill Parcells legitimizes everything...However, maybe he should let up on the lattes on game day...
 
Later on in their program they had a true/false segment.

They asked True or False: Joey Porter and the Phins will make good on the sweep.

Schlereth and Golic said no, the Patriots are too good to get swept since BB has had 10 days to prepare.
 
I always liked Tom Jackson. I remember him saying last season how bad he felt for the Fins. He came down to Miami to watch the Fins practice, and I think at the time they were 0-10 or 0-11, and he said he has never seen a team practice so hard when everything was already lost. He became a fan right there and was pulling for them week in an week out. It was very classy and he gave them a lot of props for being pros and that having that never give up attitude.

On a side note..... I feel bad for Detroit right now. No professional NFL team deserves to go 0-16. I hope they win at least one.

Honestly, I think they might beat Tennessee. They are ridiculously overdue for a win and they always show up strong on Thanksgiving games.
