Too much Philbin like in his approach, not what this team needs. We need someone who is more of an enforcer....too many distractions in the Miami night life. We need a coach that merits respect from the players and media. Philbin had neither and it showed....remember when he hinted at Tannehill possibly being benched after the UK game last year? He got eaten alive by the media. We need a no BS coach in here!
