if tony gonzalez contract dispute gets real nasty with the chiefs, do you guys think its possible to bring him to miami?...i figure we would have to give them a #1 pick(minimum) and it would cost a lot of money but he is the best te in football by a wide margin...also we have to pay ricky and chambers in the next couple of years...the ricky trade also has that conditional pick that may be a #1 pick...highly doubtful that we could get tony but its nice to dream...he could play football and basketball in miami...

Gonz would be great in a FINS uniform.....but there is no way we could fit him in under the cap. Nice to dream but reality hits pretty fast on this dream.

Not only that, but I heard an interview with him and he genuinely sounds like he wants to stay in KC. Good pipe dream though. :D

we really cannot trade any of our top 3 picks for 2002 since 1 of them will go to NO in RW trade; and we can afford to pay a TE WR $ even less than KC.

But it would be nice...

Patience is a virtue. If we wait a year, we could end up with Gonzales anyway.

The KC offense should be pretty respectable this year. Vermeil's creating the Coryall offense again except this time he's GOT Kellen Winslow. Trent Green has the ability to score lots of points with the right WRs, they've got the right OL, TE, and RB.
