do you look at a player like Tony Romo in the offseason? I know tannehill is the franchise but you cant risk 2017 also. 2 big QB contracts will be insane tho.

just a thought.

The thing is IDK how much more Romo can take. He gets hurt too much and I don't want to be rotating QBs.

No.
Romo has a bad back. I would rather have Matt Moore.

Tony Romo wants to be a full starter, I think. He will most likely go to Denver and they will be fearsome with him.

Romo sucks, just like everyone's other favorite Philip Rivers (another 3 picks today)....

...both never won a damn thing yet they get so much praise...

This would be like a rerun of when we got Trent Green. We get someone who can't stay healthy as a potential replacement for someone who is coming back from injury?

Not to be one of those guys but.........GTFO

Seriously, Romo is about as reliable as putting a refrigerator in a plastic grocery bag.

Romo is rumored to the Cardinals if Palmer retires as expected.

Hopefully JJ will do right by his team and give Romo his unencumbered release.

Romo has been a good QB on a bad team most of his career, which is also how a lot of people have characterized Tannehill so far in his career. Romo is a pretty darn good QB when on the field, but it's just silly to ignore that his last few seasons have been marred by back problems, and when you can't even last a preseason series without your back getting injured again, maybe its time to hang it up.
