That's why you do your due delingence, trying to get as many gems on the back end of your draft as you hope to have at the front end.. out of 9, if you could get 4-5 gems, you've done good.. Parcells said we need 18 players.. that's a lot in one off season, so I'm thinking over the next 2 years, then we'll be set for a SB run..This year in my mind will tell us a lot about where our team is at.. I know last year's team would not do as well with the up coming schedule, so I'm hoping that we improve this year and be in every game until the end.. that will let us know how close we are.. Funny Pittsburg is on our schedule and they have 18 UFA's.. I don't know how they resign that many and when we play them they may not be the team of last year..Funny how the NFL works.. If we beat them, or we beating the champs or what's left of the champs..

How many devone bess are there? look at that one kid from georgia southern we havent heard from him in forever. what was his name?
 
I'm sure Parcells and Ireland have there eye on young up and comers that most of us have never heard of or know little about. I know the fans love the glamor of signing big name free agents, but that is not going to happen with this front office. I agree with it. When these guys get big bucks they stop trying to prove themselves and worry to much about getting injured. That translates to the guy doesn't play as well as he used to.
