Is it me or does the Dolphins HC appear to you as a midget? I saw him being interviewed by former Dolphins DE Kim Bokamper and Sparano looked like he was 5 foot tall, he reminded of one of the little people in the Wizard of OZ. Also this guy is one emotional coach! He really tears into the players, he really wants the best out of his young guys and wants to see them succeed, it's great to finally have a coach that can motivate his players, did anyone see him yelling at Bess, i was like WOW!

Yeah I loved how he tore into some players for mental errors and penalties. "NO MORE FAIL FORWARD FAST" and "TURN THOSE THUMBS THIS WAY"!!!! NORE MORE MR. NICE GUY HERE IN THIS REGIME!! I LOVE IT!!!

I mean in size , I'd bet he is at least 1 foot shorter than the 6'6 Bokamper. He's a tyrant on that sideline! Did anyone ever see him yell in the face of one of the veteran players? maybe that has something to do with Murphy and Beck not being in his plans cuz they are both church going people (Mormons) and maybe they are not into the yelling thing and rather have a softer coach like Cameron was. I like the emotion on the sidelines, i feel it's important to have a coach thats really into the game.

2008 outlook let me first say that it is about time the Dolphins have people in place that know what they are doing. Wanny had the talent but he wasted draft pics alala we needed a QB Brees was there for the taking he selects J Fletcher. We needed a WR A Boulden was there for the taking who did we select?? Ok I am done with dweling with the past. I know that the Dolphins will do better than expected. Here is why the FIRE and DESIRE to WIN is back. Thank God we have people who know what they are doing. 2008 OUTSTANDING DRAFT 2009 will be better. I love how we are in GOOD CAP SHAPE look out NFL because It's A NEW DAY SNITCHES

Bokamper is HUGE, everyone looks short next to him.

Sporano has to be much bigger than Saban was. He is pretty intense, and he is actually pretty good with the media. He's much more up front and open than Saban or Cam-cam were.

It looks like Parcells has done a good job mentoring him. Can you imagine how much better this team will be after another draft and another off-season?
