I know Saban is the first middle and last word on what happens to the Dolphins in just about every aspect...But adding all those coaches who just also had that luxury scares me a little. I figure by joining out staff they will realize their job....and the limitations....but still....that many egos on one staff can raise concerns. It reminds me when Shula loaded the team up with all these names to make that run to the superbowl...and it failed no chemistry and too many egos.....Now we are loading up on coaching....and Im not sure how it will pan out? comments?

i think we will be alright. Alot of these coahes were assistants at one time. Capers was a DC then went back to being an DC. I think it will work.

I think these guys are doing it because they know they will get a shot at it again..

I think you can never have enough quality coaches...it is Saban's job to mold them into a team....don't forget the philosophy of not letting any of his assistants talk to the media...I think that says everything about who is running the show.

I'm a chef, and when you have other "great" chef's in your kitchen working with you, you can put out quite a spread.

After the seasons the Bills and Texans had I believe the respective egos were checked at the exit door for Capers and Mularkey. Saban is a leader of men, and these two are men who need a leader.

Funny, I'm a chef as well as the owner and the more experiance in the kitchen the better. There's more than one way to cook a steak so all the input is truley aceptable. Point being our two new cordinator's opinion's are greatly needed as well as apreciated. It gives Saban a chance to deligate certain things so he can concatrate on the most important things on hand.

I think it will be great, Saban will tell them know the role he wants them to play, and as former HC's you would hope they understand and respect that.

Spoken like an Executive Chef!! That's exactly my point.A team is a team no matter where the work place, every team needs a leader and every leader needs good employees ie.teammates.

Only if the cooks were amateurs... and by all accounts, there ain't an amateur in the bunch!

Ever here the exspression "the more the marrier"
The same aplies in the kitchen.........the top dog cant cook the pasta, steak, salad, bread, soup all at the same time so you get "the best people"to do it for you and all will fall into place.

Yep, we may have too many Chiefs and not enough Indians in the coaching kitchen.

You mean too many chefs spoil the stew?

I see what your saying, but Saban's gotta have it all under control. Having too many coaches is NEVER a bad thing. Look at us now, as opposed to Wanny, Joe Colier...youknow..when we had NO coaches.

Saban, will make the spaghetti

Capers will add the meat balls.....

And Mularkey will pour the sauce!!!!!!

Will have a great dinner next year!!!! :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins:
