Looks like our boy Suh made the list at #5.

5) Suh
4) Dez Bryant
3) Darrelle Revis
2) Rob Gronkowski
1) JJ Watt

Does he deserve to be ranked that high? Should he be ranked higher?

Discuss.

Don't understand how Gronk or Revis are in there, I could think of a few players that would be in that list before them.

When you play for NY and NE respectively, you're handed a spot on many lists.

A healthy Gronk has a huge impact for the Patriots. Tom Brady looked like garbage at the beginning of last year when Gronk was still not 100%. Brady had the worst completion percentage in the league on passes over 15 yards if I remember correctly, a guy with Gronk's catch radius and athletic ability makes a big difference to the QB.

Waitasec... Are you saying that a decent receiver can actually elevate a QB's performance? Because I've been lead to believe that it's the other way around.

Gronk is the best TE and Revis showed last year that he is still the best DB. I have no quarrel with those guys on here and their impact. Revis takes out an entire side of the field and Gronk catches pretty much anything near him including lots of TDs. Best players at their position.

gronk and revis should be on that list no doubt.....dezzy is the one I'm not sure belongs.

Honestly, I don't really have a problem with anyone on the list. Remember, this isn't about who's the better player, necessarily. It's about who will have the most impact on the game.

lol...I've actually said many times it's a symbiotic relationship but I get what you're poking at.

Based on the good and bad of last year, where should Albert fit in? His impact of making everyone on O better was undeniable, and then some.

Like your out of the box thinking. Before Albert went down we had a top 10 offense and #1 defense. They were forcing turnovers and providing field position. He not only made the offense better but saved the defense from facing extra plays and allowed them to gamble when we got ahead. Just not sure if he can last a whole season at the same level he played last year. Would love to see it. Definitely not a name i expected to see in this thread but well done sir.

Such as...?

Others have already covered it just fine, but Gronk is downright dominant. I'd take prime Revis over any other corner as well, granted he's no longer in his prime, but he still damn good.

The problem with Albert is that nobody is sure he can last a whole season, period. Nevermind lasting at a high level. But you and Southbeach are certainly on point. He is definately a high impact guy. The thing is though, I imagine it would be difficult for an O-Lineman to make a list like this regardless of health or performance. Typically, their impact is felt more when they're missing than when they're playing.
