This is a prime example of what we were talking about when some of us, honestly said, Dolphans will love you one minute and hate you the next. What Omar told Branden Alberts was spot on. The threads on trading Jordan are prime examples of our nonsense.

Meh. He reminds me too much of Jason Taylor.

Don't let a small section of morons speak for an entire fanbase, please.

Are you really making a comparison between Jordan and Jason Taylor and then complaining about it? We should be so lucky

Jason La Canfora put the thought of trading Jordan into the minds of some people. Blame him for starting it.

My apologies if I came across wrong. I would not trade Jordon because he reminds me too much of Jason Taylor.

jason la confora didnt put the thought of getting rid of jordan in my head, my eyes did when i watched him play this year and he freaking SUCKED! add to that the supposed bad work ethic and only on this particular site is there so much jordan optimism.....on draft night i was cursing gruden for critisizing the jordan pick. i was furious, i never heard him bash a player like that, but man he was spot on. what an awful, awful pick..now we have to spend the 19th pick on a tackle.

Here are those Gruden comments: http://larrybrownsports.com/football/jon-gruden-dion-jordan-video/185346

IMO it was another one of those Ireland trying to be the smartest guy in the room moves. Reached for a rotational player with shoulder problems because he fell in love with his edge speed. The inevitable Jason Taylor comparisons reigned down at the time, but from all indications he doesn't put in the time like JT did.

Give the kid a chance he is a great athlete. Hell he was covering Gronk last season.

I understand we're not trading the kid but he has one hell of a lot that he needs to prove in order not to be considered a bust. Frankly, I'll take Gruden's opinion on NFL football over the people on this board every day of the week and twice on Sundays. I am waiting to see any sign that Gruden's comments have lit a fire under Jordan.

Well if Hyde's report about his commitment level are true and continue to be so, I'd rather get some value for him. All that athleticism in the world won't do him any good if he lacks the motivation up in that noodle of his.
