Trade Opportunities For Us This Year? Would We Even Want To?

Depending on workouts I could see some teams really wanting Jarret or Adrian Peterson both who might still be available at our pick. There also might be a good D lineman that someone wants Okoye, Branch, Anderson, Gaines.

Maybe San Fran wants to move up from 11 to get Jarrett or Green Bay moves up from 16 for Peterson.

Do you think a move would be beneficial to us this year? When we had the #2 pick 2 years ago it would have been very beneficial to us but not so sure about it this year, what do you think?

How about Miami trading their 9th Pick, their 3rd rounder and Chris Chambers to Oakland for their 1st and Randy Moss......

I think we have quite a few holes and if the right deal came along it would be a no brainer to trade down a little bit. Especially with the majority of the "draft gurus" in here screaming for an offensive playmaker. This draft is very deep at WR, trade down and pickup Sidney Rice.

I think 9 is a good place to pick this year, unless we get a really good player at a need position AND a pick in return. It's a deep, yet still top heavy draft.

I had heard that Carolina really liked Brohm. I am sure they would have parted w/ a 2nd to move up 5 spots.

Here is my suggestion; Chambers to Green Bay. Why? GB is looking to upgrade @ that position and CC played @ UW. Some of the cheeseheads I know would be willing to part with 3rd and others a 2nd.
