Trades?

I expect at least 1 of Chubb/Phillips/Judon to be moved, preferably all 3.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they receive calls re: Minkah, Douglas, and Brooks. I’m keeping Brooks, personally. And I’m fine with Minkah as you’ll need solid vets on what should be a really young nucleus going forward.
Brooks and Minkah are great character guys who can still play. I’d definitely keep them.

everything should be on the table for the right price.....love Achane but he could bring the biggest return and keep in mind he'll be a free agent in a year and we'd only get a 3rd round comp pick for him the following year unless we extend him and I don’t want to pay a RB a ton of money when we're trying to rebuild the team

Agreed. If Seattle is still interested and at least offering a 2nd, start considering it.

Waddle too. If someone is offering a 1st (maybe) or 2 2's again, you consider it. Or whatever you believe is the right price.

Achane is a solid player who gives effort, which is exactly what can prevent this team from the first overall pick. Trade him immediately.
And what if they draft/trade for a bust?

I think you keep high character guys, like Achane, Minkah, etc., guys on rookie contracts, and cheap vets, again, if they are high character. Get rid of overpriced vets, injury prone players, and turds.

First, any pending free agents for ANYTHING you can get for them. Second, most of the rest for any fair deal. Lastly, everyone else on the roster you get a great deal. So. Everyone is available

Why would Seattle trade for achane , they have a two headed mister already in Walker and Zach Charbonnet. To make it a three headed committee doesn't sound feasible

Trading Tua would potentially save about $50m in cap space… but they’d still have about $50m in dead cap. Giving up 2 second round picks so you can have $50m in dead cap is retarded. If you’re going to get rid of him just do it and eat the other $50m (total of $100m) while keeping your picks.
I don’t get why people want to give up high value draft capital to only save Ross money. What is that? Who cares? This is rebuild time, not save the owner money time

I dunno. Ask all the reports that were saying they were, not GRYPHONK

Phillips and Chubb seem to be the most logical. I would like either to go to the Cowboys, as that is my 2nd team and they need help on the pass rush front.
I agree Phillips and Chubb seem to be the only logical trade pieces. Judon too but who would even want him.

Wheel & deal anything that isn’t bolted to the lockeroom for whatever there is to get.

Massive dead cap on the horizon? Fine. Get it on the books ASAP so we can get through it ASAP.

The one guy I’d be devastated to see leave/traded is Achane but given that RB can be ran by committee, a draft pick figures most important.

Since the mid 70's with Grease and Staubach....they have been my 2 favorite teams. Being from Florida, I chose Miami as my favorite. Also playing high school football with Emmitt Smith made me a Cowboys fan as well. Only time I pull against the Cowboys is if they are playing Miami, or it effects Miami.
So far as the Dolphins are concerned, that's 'just missed it' timing for their greatest glory years, hmmmm?

You did get to watch the Cowboys win four Super Bowls (1977, '92, '93 & '95 seasons), although that last one was almost thirty years ago.

Most dead cap is inherently a quick to come off of the books. There are outliers, of course.

If they trade Achane for a pick what if that pick is a bust or just not as productive as Achane?
