Could we trade down from number 12 to later 20's and pick up a extra second?

then trade for miles austin or jackson?

I dont think they are worth number 12 overall, but maybe late 20's?

we lose a third but gain two seconds?

does this even make sense or is it to madden like?

I think it is a good idea. We think alike. I just posted the following to another thread:

How about the Dolphins trade their 1st round (#12th pick) and 3rd round picks to a team at the lower end of the draft order (say #s 25-32), for their 1st and 3rd plus some additional picks - say a 2nd round pick or various higher picks. Then send the higher 1st and 3rd round picks (from the trade) to Dallas for Austin, and still have some additional picks from trading their picks. If this is possible, I think it would work great. Austin is big 6'2", fast 4.47 40 and can jump 40.5" vertical. With him we would be set at receiver for many years. What do you think?
