some bad weather is coming. Does lightning or just rain dictate this? I feel bad for fans on the way that might get turned back

Lightning and just absolute torrential downpours would be the main factors that force the team to deviate from an open practice to the bubble. Press would still be allowed to access the bubble and do reports.

Joe and Armando make a good point - Maxwell says he is the best corner in the NFL, but he isnt even the best on the roster. We need a big season from Howard
