Does anyone know much about this guy? I was reading a little bit about him on yahoo but not too much and I saw this:

Edwards had a private workout on campus last Thursday and Friday with members of the Miami Dolphins, including general manager Randy Mueller and head coach Cam Cameron.
 
hey guys i found this on a draft site and this is what i found.
qb trent edwards is 6'4" 220 lbs can throw the deep ball well and has quite a zip on his intermediate and short throws. has tools to be a good nfl qb . will probaly go 5th or 6th rd.

guys i want this qb i have a good feeling about him and he is more accurate then stanton.:cooldude:

I'm really curious about this guy Edwards, but I haven't seen him play so my opinion isn't worth squat. I don't have a good feeling about Stanton based upon what I've seen- arm strength average, release below average, and most importantly he just doesn't seem like "the man" type of QB. I'm interested in Edwards and Beck, but I'd prefer Cleo Lemon over Stanton, so in my mind why blow the pick.

p.s. Almost guaranteed Edwards will go in the first 4 rounds.
 
He will go in the second round, hopefully to us. I am really high on him, if we miss out on Quinn I am confident this guy can replace Marino.
