First thing I'll say is that I *hope* I eat my words, but I think this entire season is smoked.

Tua may have some moments against the AZ cardinals of the world but if we have learned anything ...the guy doesn't exactly ball out under pressure. My hope on the big picture now is about draft picks...and a new front office/coach. My fear is that Tua and the team play well enough to move us in to the middle of the pack come draft time or even worse- give our dumbo ears owner enough of a fluff to keep people around.

Tua is not part of the solution long term. Tua is a major liability. Clearly a good guy and when he is on he's fun to watch. But the play where he got hurt this last time was ENTIRELY on him. What happened to the Jujtisu lessons Bud? His decision making has always been in question....and frankly his posturing before getting paid didn't do him any favors either...got paid and every nightmare with this guy came right out of the woodwork. And we're supposed to *trust* you Tua?

So to me it is not about this year. And yes that means a teardown. To the effiin studs and with other people building it up.

And for the folks in the other thread about trying to send a message to Ross....I hear you and this year am totally voting with my wallet. No Sunday Ticket...(my Sundays remarkably more productive not to mention sober.). My wife and I usually hit a game every year before hitting the keys. I live in CO but lived in S FL for a long time and have a history there back to my childhood. Not this year...we had a plan to travel which I cancelled after the Buffalo game. Not giving this current team/product anymore of my hard earned cash until there is a major sea change. I encourage others to do the same.

Blah blah blah

We really talked about these points to death in every other thread on this board. But yet, you felt the need to open it up again and create yet another thread on the same ole same ole.

I agree.
We said this before the season started.

I'll take it a step further. NO QB can make a difference for this team, it's oline, coaching, lax practice habits, and vacation club atmosphere.

Good luck fixing it. It's gonna take a while to get right.
Tua he a franchise QB asking him to go 8-3 is reasonable for a Franchise QB.

Iron sharpens iron. That is the Miami Heats motto in practice. They practice so hard that the games seem easy. Shula had this attitude. Pittsburgh has this attitude.

I burned two hats, a wristband and a shirt in my fire pit after the game.

My wife was upset, I told her relax, I'm not buying replacements.

We then shook on an agreement that I won't spend a dime on this team, not one cent, until I'm buying a Dolphins SB champs hat.

Best business deal I have ever made.

I agree, Tua will obviously be better QB play for us but overall I think it will be more of the same struggle and poor playoff calling. We have to go way back to the last time our offense has played really well. I'm started to think our "high powered" offense in 2023 and our broncos game was just an anomaly at this point.

People come to Miami to either have fun and or retire. If the dolphins will ever win a super bowl it will be short of a miracle. ...

I'm not sure even 10 wins gets it done without tiebreakers which aren't looking to be in the Dolphins favor. The jets are 2-4 too, but just got Adams and Reddick coming in.. the Colts are 4-2 with the tiebreaker. I find it hard to believe the Steelers don't manage another 6 wins somehow. That's counting out the Bengals, Chargers and Broncos.

Ever since Connor Williams got injured against the Titans.

That killed our interior line play that was good before then.

Plus losing Hunt.
