Tua: Interested Teams?

Sorry Bane, I can’t stand him bro
its cool. Its probably how I felt about philbin when we had him. That was my lowest point as a fan. We don't all have to agree.

I would just caution people here that miami most likely will be on this same cycle in 4 years. looking to hire new coach and gm after these upcoming hires in a few weeks. I mostly feel this way cause of ross though. Though I am jaded with nfl and dolphins so I could be wrong.

ya man his answer was lame, I agree. Sounded immature and childish.

I am ready to move on from tua as well. I have not once said I think he should stay or said anything to defend him.

I just think it is possible he might land somewhere and have success because it has happened to miami before.

I can also want him to move on but appreciate the 2022-23 for personal reasons.

Oh I didn't say you claimed that. I just agreed with some of what you said and some I didn't But I totally respect what you said and appreciate your view point.

Honestly I am not a loyal fan of tua. I want miami to win. I supported henne, tannehill, tua etc.

I will say I do have a soft spot in my heart for tua and mcdaniel because I was going through a tough time with the loss of a dog and miami making the playoffs two years in a row and giving me some happy moments were good distractions.
It is just something that no other dolphins team coach or qb had done since wanny with fielder. I have to give them props for that. So that is probably where I come off as defending him.

I think I just come to understand that we are one of the worst franchises in the nfl. I use to make excuses for it but now I just realize that is how it has been for a very long time. I feel like 2022-23 were breaks from the losing so I appreciate it. I expect the losing to continue.
I probably jaded with miami and nfl. Watching the steeler raven game I lived bet the game because it was so predicitable to me.
So sorry to hear about your dog. I went through it with a Beagle that I had for 15 years. I'll never get over it and neither will my wife. It just rips your heart out. Maybe we'll luck into a super star GM and things will get better. We always have hope! All the best to you brother!

Dude mine was a beagle too! Damn. They are the best dogs! Thanks man. 9 years old.

It was 2022 three days after Thursday night game where Tua got concussed in Cincy. I was on a high before that game. Miami was 3-0 and then tua gets conccussed, we lose , and 5 days later my dog is diagnosed with cancer.

Five days later he is lying around barely moving. Rushed him to the vet. They said he had tumor on his spleen. We did emergency surgery and saved him. But it spread. We did chemo but he last two months and we put him down.
Wife and I were never able to have kids. So he was like my son. Sorry for long story but I don't think I ever went from feeling so great about life and football then crashed down like that.

That is crazy you had a Beagle too that you felt that way about. You are right. It is just something you don't get over. So sorry to hear about your dog too man. Thanks for sharing that man. I really appreciate you sharing that.

You make a valid point, but imo there's a big difference between a "veteran QB" and one that's been retired for so long that he was eligible for the next HOF class lol. Rivers didn't even give them much, but apparently that was more than they believed Leonard was capable of.
True, there’s a big difference between active veteran QBs and HOF eligible QBs, but the move didn’t surprise me because they have been desperate for a short term fix to their QB problem. I think most teams would have rolled with Leonard, but the Colts don’t seem wired that way.

A fellow beagle lover!! I knew you were a great guy!! Mine was named Rudy!!

If Tua wants to play again he’s gonna have to get used to making under 8mil a year. Because nobody’s paying more than that for that bobble head.

I love that name! Mine was named Niles. He was a rescue. My wife and I wrote a children's book about the entire experience about losing a pet. It is supposed to help kids with with grief.

It is called Nilesaroni: A Courageous Journey.
Not sure if this link will work but it is on Amazon if you ever want to check it out.
