Yeah we don't need him lowering his head in the 2nd qtr of a week 7 game (he didn't even get the first down) save that for late december when you absolutely have to have it.
Just watched the PC... Tua didnt sound like he was dismissive of the idea of sliding IMO... He sounded like a guy conflicted with the idea of making business decisions on the football field as a football player. I knew that **** would be hard... He might mature into it, or he wont.
Hope he does but at the same time, its a flaw like any other flaw young QBs might have... At least from a fan perspective... A QB might have it all but couldnt hit the broad side of a barn, you're there hoping he's going to get it for 2-5 years and he never does ending up in another NFL player with a short career. Many flaws result in short NFL careers, and changing the way you think about football is just as hard to fix as any IMO.
