Tuesday Buzz: Dolphins audition LaMichael James

Bill walsh, Joe Gibbs and Tom Landry were as unemotional as they come. While Philbin has deserved his share of legitimate criticism, this notion of his not being emotional enough is just idiotic.

I am not a Philbin fan but I agree with you. All those guys were soft spoken but were also great leaders. Leadership is Philbin's issue.

First off, the league and the media suckered the public into thinking goodies were arriving.

These guys are not coming back until Green Bay. But I am sure they will continue this charade for another week when it doesn't matter anymore.

Oakland in England? We don't need them! Let them do there time and live with it.

I was up close and personal Sunday. There was no way with that stadium rocking the way it was that any notion of us being fired up would have overtaken their's. all I gotta say.

I haven't been a Philbin basher for the most part, but:

1. Do you honestly believe Philbin is anywhere near as good as those 3 coaches you named?
2. Do you think this team comes out completely flat and unprepared more than it should?

My problem is not that Joe Philbin is unemotional, it's that the Dolphins come out looking like garbage far too often under his coaching. The last 2 Buffalo games are giving me flashbacks to that 37-3 or whatever drubbing the goddamn Titans gave us 2 years ago.

Predictably, someone responds to my post with a false argument and misses the point. Please read my post again and tell me where i made such a comparison or where I stated that Philbin didnt deserve LEGITIMATE criticism.
BTW, Walsh became a genius after he drafted Montana. Ditto for Bellichick.
