We win, yes, we did!

We played more solid than other games, Joey threw for 3 TD's...

BUT

We won because of the mistakes of Chicago, Joey also threw 2 INT's and most of the TD's he scored were because Chicago fumbled in their zone, giving us a red zone position.

I love this team and I know we are not as bad as the 2 - 6 record, but we are not good enough to say that we are clearly better than Chicago.

GO FINS!

I think a score of 31 to 13 says we are better than Chicago. Not to say Chicago sucks, but any given sunday as the cliche goes.

While Chicago made mistakes, so did we. Give the team some credit man, I can only think of 1 turn over that was nothign but luck and not caused by a fin player in some aspect.

Hmm....I guess that's one way you could look at it. Or you could say that our defense FORCED those turnovers.

Harrington was bad but our defense caused those turnovers. They pressured Grossman all day and those fumbles were caused by out players ripping the ball out. (except for that muffed punt that was just bad on Hester's part) You have to give credit for out defense coming out and beating up on the Bears.

Thats absolutely right!, the defense played at the highest level, we've seen thus far...

The O-Line also impressed me, they are improving and Ronnie running like a beast!!!

Eventhough not Harrington nor Cha,mbers deserve a lot of credit this time...

So we just stood there and let them fumble and throw pics?

come on, we whooped em. Be happy.

Harrington played like Fielder in years past. He managed the game, made a few mistakes and made a few plays, with overall weak stats. We won because the O-line ripped the Chicago defense and didn't put the offense in 3rd and long too often. Ronnie Brown ran well because the holes were there and he wasn't getting hit in the backfield every other run. Our defense was outstanding. The best they have played in the past 2 years as a unit. :dolphins:

Your posting is confusing me. Did we win because of Chicage making mistakes, or us forcing Chicago into making mistakes? You've leaned towards both arguments in your posts..

i thought joey played the way he always has. the difference: all those turnovers, and mularkey finally let us get some balance running the ball. joey tried to throw it away in the 2nd half, but this time he wasn't bad enough.

Harrington was bad??? What game were you watching? 16/32 137yrds 3TD and 2 int. That's pretty damn good against the NFL's #1 rated team.

We were today! In every phase of the game. Yea...we were clearly better than the Bears. That's all that counts.

Now that's what I'm talkin about!!! :jumper: :jumper:

Joey played an ok game. Nothing flashy or horrible, outside of a couple passes a game, but the offense seems to flow better with him in there and he shows more confidence than when Pepp was in there.

This was the Ronnie a lot of know was there but the oline obviously used the week off to REALLY focus on getting comfortable with eachother. Looked to me that the team had a Heart to Heart after the Packer game because all units looked MUCH better than in previous weeks. The Packer game seemed to show the offense getting more gelled and this week following the bye all units stepped it up.

The KC game should be interesting because they have really started clicking on offense and Miami's D can stop them but they can't be asked to with Miami's Offense not picking up where they left off this week. Recievers holding on to passes and making the catches they are supposed make made all the difference today.

I agree. We have to continue this kind of team play. This team has the players to be successful. I would like to see them come home and stomp the Chiefs and maybe start a strong run for respectability.
