Turner's happy to be on Miami's list

Heh. My favorite part of that is the poll watch where they claim Urlacher had a better statistical season than JT. They forget to mention JT has 13.5 sacks more!

I hope he's satisfied with being on the list, because that's as far as he's getting!

  yeah that was funny being Urlacher is a LB and Jason's primarily a DE.

Here's that part:
POLL WATCH: Miami defensive end Jason Taylor claimed the NFL defensive player of the year award as expected, receiving 22 of 50 first-place votes. The surprise was that Bears middle linebacker Brian Urlacher, last year's recipient, finished fourth. Statistically, Urlacher had a finer season with 14 more tackles, two more stops for losses and two more interceptions.

I think the fact that JT caused a whopping 10 fumbles on his own and had 2 pick sixes had something to do with him winning the award instead of the other guys. I don't think any of the other candidates besides Champ even had a TD. For a DE to have one is impressive, two is just about amazing.
