Based on the way the draft has played out, two moves appear to make sense.

1. Keshawn Johnson is going to sign to help out at WR

2. Jason Taylor for Lito Sheppherd and a pick next year

I was really hoping that we would be able to make the deal happen this weekend but I'm glad we didn't trade Taylor for less than his actual value.

We are still lacking in the WR and DB positions and these moves would help out a lot. I still don't get the Hilliard pick, and thought Arrington and Bowman would have been a nice finish.

Just a thought

something BETTER happen like that...

We arent getting Lito Sheppard. Nor do we need him. When will people stop talking about him and Chad Johnson?

Why not? CJ I can see, we don't need the baggage and the cost will by way too much. Lito is another story, Phily still needs a De and we need a CB, makes sense to me.

I don't see Jason being moved before the season starts. He MAY be traded before the October trade deadline(like the Chambers trade) but I would be surprised at this point if he is not a Dolphin week 1.

I do think the chances of Keyshawn Johnson signing are very good.

I'll be shocked if Keyshawn ISN'T on our team come the start of the season, but I don't think that JT is going anywhere. I'd agree with Nub and say that he might go somewhere by the trade deadline, but I'm betting he's here for the start of the season.

i think if we did that trade we would have to give up a pick next year.. not them

Hopefulley, we are able to win a few games so he won't want to leave Miami. :hi5:

I am still scratching my head as to why we ignored secondary in this draft. The more I think about it I personally think Bill underestimates the need for a solid secondary.

As it is right now our starting corners are Michael Lehan and Will Allen.

Are safties are Jason Allen and Chris Crocker/Bell/Tillman.

SS scares me.

Lehan scares me.

I dont get it.
