anyone see the game vs the cavs tonight? udonis was a beast tonight - he has always been a super hard worker ala keith askins but you got to wonder if the mourning signing has lit a big fire under him - anyways it's a nice problem to have - still, i cant wait to see shaq and zo on the floor together even if it doesn't fit into coach's long term plans

I don't think we'll be seeing much of Shaq and Zo on the floor together. Zo was brought in to eventually be the backup to Shaq at the center position. I doubt Zo will be playing PF much, if at all. I also don't think Udon's starting spot or his MPG are in jeopardy.

We've got Haslem for one more year, right?? Anyway, he's really becoming a solid player.

Now that I've actually gotten to see some Heat games the last month or so...and applying it to the depth chart.....I really feel we've got a deep ballclub. Yeah, we had Shaq and Wade. But the rest of the club has really stepped up. Shaq makes everyone better, as has Wade. But Van Gundy has that team playing great defense and executing wonderfully on the offensive end. Helluva job by Stan.

Great teams always have a superstar or two. But when those stars are struggling or are out of the game, other guys step up and keep the train rolling. And that's exactly what's happening on our Miami Heat ballclub. Regardless of whether Shaq and DWade are in the game, somebody always hits the important shot. Always comes up with the key steal. Always finds the open man.

Things are coming together nicely as we approach the stretch run. Can't wait for Thursday's game with Minnesota.

Haslem is seeing $$$$. Hes a FA and is going to get a MLE deal....5 mil a year.

Hes a hard worker but is undersized and cant handle the good PF's. That jump shot has really come along nicely though. With his rebounding, outside shot, and hustle....hes the perfect complement to Shaq. And hes not even the best PF on the team, Laettner is.

We can give Haslem anything UP TO the MLE without using our own MLE or LLE, so it won't be a problem.

Talk about on a slide. what's up with the Cavs. There slowly closing in on missing the playoffs. I mean they have some room on Philly for the last spot (granted they slip that far) but if they keep playing like this their in trouble even if they make it. The Pacers are playing improved b-ball, and are only a half game behind Celebeland. Right now Cleveland is in 5th when they were currently in 4th before their slide and had a chance at the division title. Lebron better get this team together (he's playing well but what happened to Gooden and Z), I would hate to see Lebron miss the playoffs...and Allen Iverson is the type of competitor that can will his team to the playoffs (not saying Lebron can't just pointing out that if anyone can will a team to the playoffs "The Answer" can)!

During this horrible stretch for the Cavs, I've learned that LeBron is without question the NBA's cover boy.

When the Cavs win...it's all LeBron James.
When the Cavs lose...it's everybody else.

Something doesn't add up.
