UK Dolphins Fans who unfurled the giant Marino Jersey at the Hall of Fame

Is he here? After seeing such passionate fans represent (again) over the weekend, it made me think back to Marino's Hall of Fame induction ceremony when a congregation of UK fans represented with a very awe-inspiring and sentimental tribute. Did we ever find out who was responsible for this?
