Ummm....I guess I unestimated Bill Parcells skills

I mean...I know that Parcells is a genus,probably the best ever.However,I do believe I speak for everyone when I say,we're definately no rebuilding,at least no with the signing of these likes....We're more like retooling,but I think Parcells is retooling for the future,but not rebuilding,you know,like both of them combined,if you know what I mean.Im all for it,I just don't want to be the next Miami Heat.You know,they won a championship two years ago,and now they suck.But,I don't think that will happen,Parcells kinda balanced it out,whihc is what the Patsies did.I mean Moss(29),Stallworth(27),Welker(26 or something),then you got your oldies with Adalius Thomas(30-31),thats safety,etc.I mean,I don't have a problem retooling,I just want a retool thats not going to backfire in 2 years you know....

With the roster we have,and the looks of our schedule next year,I think we have a fair shot at 8-8,maybe more if we draft a good draft,Id have to say at least a B on the draft.On FA,I think we did the best,I'd give MIA an A on FA so far,better than anyone else anyway.I'm not going to get my hopes up,but it never hurts to cross you fingers.:wink:

We're definatly rebuilding. You can't build a team completely through the draft or with just young guys. You need a few well priced up and coming veterans to round your team out.

With our recent draft history, we are a little more devoid of talent in the 27-30 yr old area than most teams... So we MUST be active in FA.

I still the key question is who is going to be our QB....Lemon is gone and we have Beck and McKown as are two qb's. I think we have to decide on whether to take Ryan, trade down maybe for Brohm, or grab Flacco or Henne later on.

Dont be mistaken. We are rebuilding. What you must realize is that it is a complete myth that you must lose almost all of your games in the first year of the process of rebuilding. The goal is to be competative during the process of doing so.

Retooling and Rebuilding are the same thing when you sign like 20 people in one day (Hyperbole!). This team is definately rebuilding, a team doesn't sign half the free agent market if they aren't rebuilding. Did I mention that Parcells is rebuilding this football teams defense from the ground up. I forgot to mention that we are in a huge rebuilding stage :D

Considering we are in the beginning phase of what will be a complete rebuilding process ultimately we were extremely active today.

If it is like this on the first day of FA I can only imagine what is going to go down on draft day. I have a good feeling about this already.

Come on folks this purge and replenish we are going to experience is going to be something amazing to witness.
