Possible unexpected cuts

I could see :

R. Mauia - His pass catching is unknown, his blocking was decent, and the law problem. We signed B. Grigsby and drafted L. Hilliard.

D. Hagan -He drops alot of passes. We have Ginn and Wilford and these guys are knocking on the door: T. Perry ,R. Camarillo, D.Kircus, D.Bess,S.Lymon,J. Wynn,J. Foster

M. Roth - He has trouble wrapping up guys on tackles. We drafted a few guys here or possibly a guy like Titus Brown suprises.

C. Crowder -He played kind of streaky last season. We have alot of experienced LB's with J. Porter ,A. Aydele, C.Anderson, R.Torbor and potential back ups such as K. Smith ,E. Miles, & K. Poppinga.

What better known guys do you think could be left off the final roster?

R. Mauia - it could happen

D. Hagan - with a need at WR, he gets atleast a yr to prove himself

M. Roth - wouldn't surprise me

C. Crowder -I wouldn't think so, they would atleast give him a yr in the new scheme

Alot of Hagan "cut" love . . . not saying he has done much in the NFL . . . but I think he is the CLEAR #3 WR . . . and its not close . . . yea he needs to focus on the catch . . . but I don't see any of these young WR's outshining him when it comes to routes, seperation and down the field blocking. If he gets those hands up to par . . . he can start for this team in the future.

I would be suprised if Roth or CC got cut . . . they both are on rookie contracts . . . and both on defense . . . both were first day picks also . . . and both were starters . . . its one thing to say maybe they don't start (though I think Channing starts) . . . but that is nice depth to have on this team.

Mauia has the best shot on that list to get cut.

Mauia & Hagan need to prove themselves with a good camp which really means don't drop any passes. Maybe these guys are coached up differently this camp and really come on? I think that jugs machine should be Hagan's new best friend.
Crowder I think stays
Roth has the motor I think the coaches like.... He needs to stand out against some of the new guys.

Let me guess you are a Hagan hater. Derek Hagan> better then tab perry, greg camarillo, D. Kircus(LMAO he wont make the team. D. Bess(May get ahead of Hagan).
1)Ginn
2)Wilford
3)Hagan
4)Bess
5)Camarillo

Matt Roth. Possibly, depth doesn't hurt

Channing Crowder, He is staying and most like will start.

Not a Hagan hater just think he needs more consistency to solidify himself. Ifa ny of the players I listed make the team I will not be upset.

I think they are all very possible, with a turnover in the front office it's hard to believe that any position is completely safe, especially coming off of a 1-15 season. I think Roth and Crowder cuts would surprise me, but i dont expect Hagan to be back, and i certainly wouldn't be surprised to see Mauia go or Bess.

camarillo could get axed in favor of Bess or Foster. Tab Perry may also make the team with a good camp...speacial teamer and has some hands, but coming off and injury.

D. Hagan I think will stay and i also think Channing Crowder will stay with the team for a long time

Alot keep saying Mauia , but the guy has Bill Parcells written all over. Remember Parcells said you dont get rid of your good players and Mauia was pretty effective at blocking last year. He is also 6-0 270 pds that is a big boy. If they wanted to cut him it would have happened all ready especially after the hit & run incident.

Im surprise nobody has mentioned Travis Daniels, Paul Soliai, Matt Roth and last but not least Derek Hagan. Hagan has big chance of sticking aroung cause we dont have any recievers, but Dallas will be doing some trimming at the position and guys like Sam Hurd, Mike Austin, Terry Glenn and Isiah Steinbach might all be on the bubble.

None of those guys would be unexpected cuts. None of those guys would be shocking to me if they were cut.

by defintion, wouldn't the "unexpected" cuts be players for whom we're not making rationalizations to cut them? That would make them more like "expected" or "likely" cuts, no?
