I see that several of you including me are unhappy with the Fins. I also have to say that watching the Jets with a rookie head coach preventing the great Tom Brady from scoring a TD is very disturbing and frustrating.

**Watching our team play and noticing how we did not address/fix some of the key issues like the secondary, not so special teams, receivers, ILB etc.. someone has to get the blame for this mess.

All I can say, we had our chances in free agency but we decided to get Crowder back, overpaid Vernon Carey, and failed to give Pennington his favorite weapon (L. Coles)

I blame Billy P..

Depends on how you look at it...we drafted 3 guys for the secondary, picked up Wilson....it was adressed, just to early to tell if it worked.

Special teams, I agree....they have been sorry. But it's not like you usually grab FA's just to play ST....you kind of have to go with what you have.

I agree with bringing Crowder back, he was the best FA availible, though I would have targeted another ILB earlier in the draft.

Again, Carey was the best availible....

Coles is old and amazingly drop happy thus far this season. Definately not worth what he's getting paid. We drafted 2 WR's, they just need time. The fact that Hartline has been showing flashes of decent play is a positive sign.

Dumb idea. Its too early to blame anyone. Let the season play out before we start blaming people. Everyone, including myself, is overreacting. It is only because we all are passionate about our team & the way we lost last week was frustrating to say the least. We will be fine, and half way through the season threads like these will disappear.

they got Wilson, tried with Green & drafted two corners to address the secondary and drafted two receivers. you can't fix 1-15 in a year. go root for the jets if you're so disturbed & frustrated.

I say, lets wait a few more games before any blame is given to anyone, personally, I am not into any kind of a blame game, especially after 1 game.

So far, it seems the Falcons are fore real, and we played them at thier house with very rowdy fans...at least lets see how Miami performs tonight at home before starting any kind of blame game.

Yea I am def knida sick of these posts..

We lost one game.. to a playoff team on the road...and it was the first game of the year?!??

Also we had 4 turnovers hello...And its not like Pennington was getting picked left and right..Had Fasano not fumbled before the half would have been a total different game...

Not taking anything away from the Falcons not saying we would have won.. But we had mental errors that game.

Like my god man...

Jets looked good but the Pats D is awful...

The Jets D looked good but no Wes Welker..

Look who the Pats lost too pro bowlers..

:thanks:

Who do we blame? Look in the mirror.

Every year it's the same old stuff....and you know what it will never change, it's just human nature to be unhappy...no matter what.

We were unhappy with Shula...Shula's gone....we were unhappy with Johnson...what did that get us....we were really unhappy with Cam...and that got us Sparano....now even after just one year that this team turned around from the worst season they have ever had...fans are still unhappy.

I'll be happy when we get a O-line that gives the QB and receivers the time they need, I'll be happy when they can open up holes that the running backs need and I'll be happy when the wildcat is a true option of the offense, rather than the only option that seems to work.

They played poorly in 1 game..

They are a unit they have to mesh...

does not happen overnight

no need to blame anyone yet - it's been 1 game. there will be no need to blame the D for anything - that group is solid and will have a great year. if you want to blame someone for the loss week 1 - i guess you can go ahead and point a finger at the o-line and/or fasano.
