Update on Manning!!

he will be a Phin trust me, he already has a condo in Miami and him and his wife love it down there, a 36 year old QB is not going to wanna go real estate shopping when he already has a place in Miami, it would be a smooth and painless transition. And you notice where he is working out?
Bob Kravitz of the Indianapolis Star wrote on Twitter, citing multiple sources, that Manning is currently working out in Florida and “throwing much, much better.”

I think all we be told once he is cut he will hold a workout for teams interested and we will finally see him throw
 
I am putting my order in for a aqua colored #18 P. Manning Phin's jersey. I might just sleep in it and wear it 24/7.
 
Sounds good Dre.....maybe we could get Manning and Reggie Wayne. I'd be happy with either one. I still remember that game in 2009, where the Phins had the ball for 45 minutes and the Colts and Manning had it for 15 minutes, and I think the Colts won 27-24? Something like that.

i remember that 01' playoff game where lamar smith had 40 carries for like 2009 too,oops 209, and phins win in OT,im sure he (manning),does too.maybe both sides can put aside their differences and come together and win a sb!!
 
I just envision Peyton sitting in Miami HQ waiting for the call from Irsay saying that they have officially cut him and the contract he is about to sign sitting in front of him.

Manning will not be a dolphin....he will stay with the colts, you better start planning on Flynn or More buddy. guarantee it bra.

Mannng aint stickin around to be dished off next year. how stupid do you think manning is? Wayne is gone. Garcon is not signing. Manning said the HQ looked like a completely different atmosphere. That tells me Manning is gone. No way you pay a man 28 mil just to say bye bye next year.

I think he's gone, Andrew Luck isn't going to want to sit behind Manning and Manning isn't going to want to go through a rebuilding process. In the end though it's the $, and I don't think Indy has any interest in paying him that giant bonus.
 
I can see it now.

Miami will have Manning, Marshall, Bush, and WR Blackmon! Now tell me we cant win a Super bowl.
 
I still dont get it. We are looking for a franchise QB, and everyone here wants a 36 year old QB who's coming off of 4 neck surgeries, who hasent played football in a whole year, and wants big time money? It just doesnt make any sense to me. Every superstar has to go at some point. Peyton in 2012 will not be the Peyton we all remember.

I understand that he would be agreeable to an incentive laden contract, so there may not be a big money at risk. I do agree however, that we still need to draft a QB early this year or if not, definitely next year. He is not the long term solution, but I'd be happy with Manning as long as we don't ignore the future. Big problem if we didn't take RG3 or Tannehill (for me trade down later first only) is that we likely won't be in a position to land a franchise QB next year as Manning will win 10-12 games with us and we'd be drafting mid to late 20's.

I hope your right brother, but we have seen this before.We all get our hopes up and BOOM Miami gets the shaft.
