Interesting positive article.bro.

I am anxious to see what Mueller is capable of doing during the draft on his own.

well i dont know if anyone will agree but with vickerson , wright, wright, and the other dt if they come back i dont see that a defensive tackle should be a high priority need in this draft . if manny doesnt come back i think we are still ok at the position. if manny does come back then we should not draft a dt this year.
we really need to get out of denial about our receiving corp and draft 2 wrs and a qb and if we can use f/a to address the oline and olb and maybe rb and cb then our draft could be very productive.
priority #1 draft a qb
priority #2 draft 2 wrs
priority #3 draft a lt or te
priority #4 draft a linebacker or even 2 lbs.
priority #5 draft a safety.

guys this is my own opinion and my priority could change later on.

They forgot to put QB as a need! Good read man, thanks!

They were talking about "dire" and "immediate" need...that's why they didnt include QB.

We have already traded a 2nd round pick for our starter...and are negociating a contract offer to the #2 QB, Cleo Lemon.

Harrington should be a cap casualty so we can use a 3rd stringer...but is a 3rd stringer really a "dire" need? No. :shakeno:

You have to put several VERY big question marks next to Daunte Culpepper's name on the starting lineup. He isn't the same QB he was four years ago, and that may have taken a toll on his psyche and may explain some of the decisions he made last season. I really do hope he works out, but at the same time, we need to find out if he can be the QB we've lacked here in the 21st century. If not, we may have a shot at a possible franchise QB this April in Brady Quinn or possibly Drew Stanton. I believe that Coach Cameron with all his offensive knowledge combined with Randy Mueller's personnel evaluation expertise will make the right decision.

Addressing the media two days prior to Super Bowl XLI, Cameron essentially said he wanted to speak with his team's three quarterbacks about the situation before publicly sharing his thoughts.

Wonder what teams those are?????

Edit: Read it too fast.

Thanks for the link FFIC, I hope Randy drafts a QB in this year's draft
I am praying for Brady Quinn somehow. I'm really tired of the sub-par talent we've been lining up under center since '00. It's getting really old not having a good QB, especially after growing up watching the best!!

Sometimes I just feel like screaming at the team, "Guys, how can you not realize that bad QB play is holding us back?????"

Please, Randy, get it done!

Sounds like you got it all figured out :shakeno:

Did he just say "the #2 QB, Cleo Lemon" ?? :sidelol:

Then obviously he doesn't have it figured out. First off, nobody is #1 or #2 right now. Cameron said everyone gets a clean slate. "for a lot of guys in this organization, this is a chance to start over."

The Team would also save cap room by finally releasing Culpepper. Look - Cameron last week was in conference with Terry Shea (KC Chiefs) for the QB Coach position. Shea has run a West Coast style offense in the past - and so has guess who... Joey.

No, I do NOT believe Cameron intends on a WCO here - but reports are that he favors a quick hitting, short to medium passing game - which sounds a lot more like Harrington than Culpepper. :cooldude:

Read it again...Cameron wanted to speak to HIS team's three quarterbacks not other teams quarterbacks.
