This team would have a ton more respect with a win last week. Different year, same story. Can't make the plays when it matters most, and find ways to lose.
That is why I don't buy "were headed in the right direction crap" Good teams win close games, not find a way to lose.

Yea, a win last week would of been about a 5-10 place change.

Somebody say something about poles?

Grammar is important ... The difference between "helping your Uncle Jack, off his horse" & "helping your uncle jack off his horse"

most games are close, the good teams find ways to win and the mediocre/bad ones find ways to lose. I think you guys are really close though. That D is really good.

Perhaps, just perhaps, Detroit is a little bit better.

Detroit is a decent team, there's no shame in losing to them on the road but the way you lost w/ having so many opportunities I'm sure was very disappointing.

Miami winning last week would've had them in the top 10 for what it's worth. Now they're just trying to remain relevant.

that's the way the world works today. win this week and people start talking playoffs again, lose and you will be "done" but either way there's a long way to go.

It should and judging from Darlington's article, it was.

Power rankings are ridicules, The chargers go up 2 places in the ESPN Power rankings during a bye week and the dolphins go down 4 for losing a game they had a lead and the ball with 4 minutes left. The Colts go down 2 places during the same bye week and the Lions don't move with a win vs a Miami.

I would have loved it if Miami would have pulled it out and won. The fact that we lost hurts but the way we played back into that game and the ability to hang with one of the best teams in the NFC was impressive.

We have the ability to be relevant in the next few weeks. We have two heart breaking losses in the NFC vs top tier NFC teams. If we Win the next 3 games we are are 8-4 with 3 home games and one road game to finish the regular season.

I believe that the Bills game is the worst matchup we have left. There are plenty of hard games left but if we want to be "Relevant" we need to win some tough games on the road. I expected to lose two of these games (@ Lions, @ Broncos, @ Patriots) If we end up only losing one we can be back in it.

Our schedule is easy compared to the Patriots road to the end of the season.
Look at the end of there season.

@ Colts
Lions
@ Packers
@ Chargers
Dolphins
